Like mentioned earlier this week, we have open-sourced our .NET UAVCAN implementation(https://github.com/RevolveNTNU/RevolveUavcan). I have now created a little demo application that shows how it can be set up to work. The application can also be used as a tool for sending and receiving UAVCAN messages over UDP.
On GitHub, there is a release with an executable to run the application, as well as a user guide explaining the UDP package format, and all source code!
