BMS: Set mode via UAVCAN

For the BMS, I’d like to have the FC set different modes.
Examples:

  • Set overcurrent mode (enabled/disabled)
  • Enable/disable self-heating
  • Enable/disable self-discharge
  • Acknoledge (reset) faults
