Yakyt renaming is imminent

Yakut is being adapted for Cyphal v1.1, which comes with radical setup and usage simplifications. You can check the WIP here – it’s just a single 400-line script: GitHub - OpenCyphal/yakut at cynic · GitHub

I have a mind to rename it into Cynic because:

  1. I want to keep yakut as a separate package name on PyPI and I don’t like Yakut2.
  2. I like Cynic as a name.

If anyone has any objections, please speak up soon.
