I just pushed a commit bumping the version number to v1.1.0. This is the first stable release of PyUAVCAN (v1.0 was never published due to legacy reasons), and the second implementation of UAVCAN v1.0 to reach stability (after Libcanard released a few months ago). There are no major changes compared to the previous pre-releases.
